Resolution

New year...and the annual pressure to make resolutions. One of the most common new years resolutions, as I understand, is to start working out/get into better shape. Gym memberships surge at the first of the year (though attendance drops quickly after that.)

Working out isn't my resolution. I already do that.

What I haven't done with any diligence, though, is keep track of exactly what I do at the gym, and how my progress is marching along. Keeping track is my new years resolution. Let's hope that my staying power with the blog is better than most peoples' with going to the gym.

This blog, likely, will be part record of workouts, a bit of nutritional narrative, and a smattering of commentary that I hope ends up in my dissertation on cyborg configurations, materiality of infrastructure, and physical embodiment of standards.

Time to get cyber-ripped. Lift hard.
